This was my second stay in the Borie Ankor and I will be going back next year ....It is clean and cool ...the pool is amazing and the staff are well trained in customer service ...I took friends back with me this visit and they were also very happy with their rooms and everything about the hotel .I will be going back next year .

We stayed in this resort for 5 days from 31 Mar - 4 Apr. Every staff in this resort from chamber maid to restaurant staff and front desk staff portrays a very high standard in customer service. They are very eager to serve, very friendly and never fail to make the guests feel welcome in their resort. Quality breakfast and a big spread, from local to international cuisines, not to mention the generous fresh fruits. A big thank you to Sean, the duty manager who took good care of our needs from check-in to check-out. He is very professional and took the guests' feedback seriously. Noumul from front desk was very patient and understanding when we were considering the change in room. Enjoyed the spa and the swimming pool, although it was 95% occupancy, we had no problem finding loungers. The only improvement will be to refurbish the rooms - the furnishing looks dated compared to the main lobby. Special thanks to tuk tuk driver #4 for his humbleness and taking care of us when driving us around the city on numerous occasions. Definitely "five star" service and really hope the staff will continue to maintain the good standard of service.

I was really pleased with this hotel and it was an excellent value for money. The staff were very professional and friendly and they went out of their way to be accommodating. Everyone, including the housekeeping staff seemed to speak English. It was very comfortable and clean and had a very nice buffet breakfast. We also used the tour desk and spa which were very good. I actually chose Borei Angkor Resort because of the Cambodian décor and was not disappointed.
